How to Find Balance I take a lot of classes at the gym (mostly yoga, body combat and boot camp). We seem to spend a lot of time challenging our balance, with exercises or poses that involve standing on one leg or (terrifyingly) our heads or arms. What I’ve distilled through these months of looking like a fool and falling all over the place is that balance can be thought of with this handy little equation: Balance = strength + focus Let’s break it down.
