New Release!

This book was a long time coming. I first came in contact with Terry’s manuscript 21 months ago, and he was the FIRST person to ever officially become my client. (Thanks for that bit of blind faith, Terry!) He worked with some wonderful editors in a (seemingly never-ending) process of revisions, which he wrote about here. Now that the book is out, Terry’s promoting it while, of course, working hard on his next book. Two New Releases on Marriage

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_5cLmD8GqnKY/SWYORJDU9MI/AAAAAAAACeg/RAKYyzedDJM/s320/Cover+I+Do+Again.jpg One thing I want to do more on the blog this year is let you know about new releases from WordServe clients. Kathi’s publisher is Harvest House, and this is the first in a series (she signed a two-book contract). Kathi has...

Here’s a photo of it sitting on the front table at Barnes & Noble. (And NO, I didn’t put it there!) This is exciting for me because after ten months of being an agent, I FINALLY have a book on the shelf. Thanks, Brian! Now a Q4U… Since I’ve spent much of this week discussing and even criticizing some of your contest entries, I thought it might be good to talk about how criticism affects us. What’s the worst criticism you’ve received about your writing, whether from an editor, agent, friend, family member, or a random reader? How did you respond, and what have you learned from the experience? Happy Halloween and hope you all have a fabulous...
