I’m an avid reader of blogs. I have dozens in my Google Reader and I take the opportunity to read, especially on my phone or iPad, whenever I have a few moments to spare. I’ve been asked numerous times to share the blogs I read, so here is a sampling. My list might be a little different than what you’d expect!

I follow my writer friends’ blogs, but that’s about it. Mainly, it’s slothfulness, and the frustration that comes from a broadband connection that emulates dialup for speed without matching dialup’s reliability.

I’m interested in the emphasis on minimalism in the list you posted, and I’m sure that many of us would love to see a day or three devoted to your take on it.

Does anyone second that?

I follow much the same blogs though not your clients – not out of some intent not to, but simply because I don’t know about them…Writers blogs, alas, are so numerous that you wouldn’t know where to start unless the writer in question is your favorite!

I thought Writers Unboxed had folded?

I was intrigued by your simplicity blogs…ah, the simple life! Don’t we all yearn for it? But as I mentioned in the comment I left there, I’m convinced that procrastination is part of our nature. So is multiplication and complication and with modern technology (the Internet, IT and all the rest) the temptations are numerous!

Personally, I live a love and hate relationship with the Net and everything that gives me access to it!

What a great list of blogs! I’ve read a few of your clients’ blogs as well. I didn’t realize there were blogs on simplicity. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. I’m going to have to check those out. I think I’m going to have to stop by some of the blogging sites, because I still have so much to learn about blogging.

I follow a number of writing blogs, and some friends’ blogs. Finding the time to read all the blogs I want to is next to impossible.

I would add to the ones already mentioned: The Writer’s Alley and I like Seekerville as well.

Oh, goodness. It’s hard to choose a favorite. Once in awhile, I read A Holy Experience (Ann Voskamp), but I tend to have a small pool that I follow, largely due to time constraints.

One of the great blessings of blogging has been the friends I’ve made over the years. What fun to find a kindred spirit here and there!

I also follow copyblogger and Seth Godin. I follow Art House America, Donald Miller, Michael Hyatt, PIck the Brain, The Change Blog, and several others. I’ll have to take a look at a few of the blogs on your list. One thing I do is add a few new blogs to my regular visiting schedule every month or so. Of course one can only follow so many blogs, so I’ve created a rotation system.
